We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change — please contact us as early as possible.

Yes. Selected rituals and packages can be booked for two, including The Quiet Escape and House Ritual for Two. These are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or shared reset days.

You will be guided on arrival. Robes, towels, and essentials are provided for both thermal and treatment visits. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to and from the house.
